The first lesson is free of charge!
Before we can begin, we would like to ask you two things.
The first is that you announce your participation via one of the contacts below.
This is important, because this way, we can prepare for your coming and shape the session, so that it may suit your abilities.
Secondly, we would like to ask you to wear a black T-shirt, black training trousers and a pair of black socks for the lesson.
Is there an age restriction on this training?
The minimum age is 16 years old; while the upper limit depends on the health of the newcomer. Our oldest beginner was 50 years old.
Which lines are available for public transportation near the site of the Dojo?
Tram lines 1 and 1M, buses 9, 29, 34, 106, 109, 111, 118, 134, 218, 237, and suburban railway line H5. These lines either serve Szentlélek tér directly, or Florián tér which is located next to it.
Is the knowledge of (some kind of) martial arts a pre-requisite?
It is not necessary, and you do not need to worry about your stamina, either. We always begin at absolute zero, and start building ourselves up with the momentum our abilities actually allow.
Are there any hygienic facilities in the building?
Yes, there are bathrooms available with shower cabins included for men and women.
Is it possible to train with medical conditions?
It is entirely possible, but we judge every newcomer individually. You have to inform our teachers of your current problems, and we might also ask for professional medical advice, if necessary. This helps us customize your training; thus, avoiding any potential injuries.
